Please bear in mind that our products are genuinely hand-made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know by using our contact form or by calling 01803 606410. We'll do our best to sort them out.
ShippingWe undertake to send your order within 2 working days of receiving full, cleared payment wherever possible. We aim to have you receive your order within 5 working days with the exception of non-stock or back-ordered items. International orders may take longer. We ship UK consignments via Royal Mail 1st class.
We are unable to accept any liability for any loss or damage to unsigned consignments. An example of this would be if we were asked to leave a parcel in a porch if no-one answers the door.
We regret that we are unable to accept liability for delays caused by factors outside of our control. These would include delays by the post office and would include delays caused by technical difficulties on our website which may delay us receiving your order. Refunds and ReturnsIf for any reason you are not entirely satisfied of if your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us on 01803 606410. All customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days. If not satisfied with any goods received, customers may return the item/s within 7 days and receive a full refund (provided the goods remain in merchantable condition and are in original packaging).
CancellationsIf you change your mind about your order, please contact us using the contact form or on 01803 606410 within seven working days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods at your expense and we will then make a refund to you. Our refund may be reduced should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete or damaged.
