Groundwork South West is working in partnership with PURIST Natural Beauty Ltd to provide 12 month work placement and training opportunities for 8 people from within Torbay who have experienced long-term unemployment.
The programme supports people to build their confidence and skills and prepare them to compete successfully in the labour market through the delivery of practical work based/NVQ accreditated training in a range of skills focused around the retail environment and tailored job search support.
This programme is supported by Torbay Council and the Torbay Development Agency
