Website Trade registration


Trade customers benefit from reduced prices once registered as trade on our website.

There are three steps to becoming a trade customer.

  1. Register as a user on the website.
  2. Download and fill out the Trade Customer Account Request Form (this can be found here)
  3. Either email or post the Trade Customer Account Registration form to us.


Once we receive your form then we will convert your "regular" account to a trade account and you will be able to benefit from the ability to bulk order and receive discounts.

Important notes

  • If you are a business, we need to have your business (company) name to register you as a trade customer. If you trade under your own name, please put your own name in the 'Your Company' field below. If we receive a form with no company details we will register you as a regular customer only.
  • In registering on our website you are agreeing to receive our periodic promotional emails. We do NOT divulge your email address to any third party.
  • When using a trade account to order from us you will be placing orders using the order form that you will be able to downloads from the "My Documents" section of the website when signed in.  Please be aware that any purchases made directly through the website will not benefit from your trade account discounts.
  • Please note... This is a manual conversion process. Once we receive your completed form we will endeavour to convert your account to a trade account as soon as reasonably possible. You will NOT be able to order until your account has been converted.

Please note that our cold processed soap is made to order and takes between 4 - 6 weeks to cure so please ensure that you give us a minimum of 4 weeks notice to meet your order requirements.
